Sonder Passport is your passport to your marketing data. It securely connects the Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console accounts we manage on your behalf, and turns them into the dashboards and monthly performance reports you receive from us — all behind one login.

Sonder Passport also holds the everyday tools we build for the organizations we serve: campaign links and QR codes, reporting archives, and the shared workspace where your projects live.

Sonder Passport is used by Sonder Marketing & Design and by the partner agencies who white-label our services for their own clients, each working in their own Google Workspace. Every user sees only the accounts they are authorized to manage.

What Sonder Passport does with your Google data

When you connect a Google account, Sonder Passport reads reporting data from three sources:

Google Ads — campaign, ad group, and keyword performance: impressions, clicks, cost, conversions.
Google Analytics — sessions, users, engaged sessions, conversions, channel groups.
Google Search Console — clicks, impressions, average position, and top search queries.

Today, Sonder Passport only reads from a connected account. It does not create, edit, or delete campaigns, budgets, or settings. Google offers a single Google Ads permission that covers both reading and managing an account; Sonder Passport uses it for reporting, and campaign management for the accounts we administer is a planned future capability. Google Analytics and Google Search Console access is strictly read-only.

Your data stays yours. It is used only to produce reporting for the client that owns each account, is never sold or shared with third parties, and is deleted on request. You can revoke Sonder Passport's access at any time from your Google account’s security settings. How we handle Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy.
